Committees and Councils
JC has organized its strategic and quality improvement work through a committee process that is designed to:
- To achieve our vision to be world-class;
- To increase employee engagement;
- To improve communication;
- To clarify decision making;
- To improve accountability; and
- To achieve improved results.
Baldrige delineates criteria for performance excellence and the following committees address each item outlined as essential for quality improvement:
